DSC_0014 DSC_0015The ubiquitous Ford Zetec is earning respect in all circles , be it conversion , kit cars or race and track cars. Readily available at an affordable price in the standard form delivering reasonable power. We are able to offer this unit in packages to suite all budgets and requirements. We are fortunate in that all the R&D is done in house and testing on our Sport devices dyno.

We have started with the exhaust manifold as we already have a superb set up for ZX6R bike carbs using the superb Canems spark management module to control the sparks. We already have produced 171 BHP on a 2.0 Blacktop with bike carbs tubular manifold and the Canems ECM , also giving fantastic driveability right across the rev range.

All our carb/throttle body conversions are tuned and jetted in house for optimum performance .

So the manifold starts with a 10mm stainless steel flange, watch the progress here as it takes place.The primary tubes are model’d in 4″ CLR pieces measuring exactly 1 ” along the centreline..DSC_0889
